I can't speak highly enough of Mark Christiansen of Christiansen Building Services. With his experience of all angles of the trade - as a builder, council building officer and consultant/designer - he adds so much more value beyond the piece of work you engage him for initially. He is also a genuine, honest guy, who charges fairly. I am so grateful to have found him, after having wasted much time, money and energy on an unprepared/inexperienced architect, and misleading communications from our beloved council. Mark was able to cut through the *%$^ in 5 minutes, and saved us wasting still more time and money. As well as this - at no charge - he gave us invaluable advice on our project, based on his knowledge of current building options and legislation. Old fashioned service from someone who knows his stuff and more than reasonable fees - thank you!!!
