        Had a similar experience to that of a previous reveiwer in that 1 stall was occupied by an Audi EV that wasn't being charged. The owner was adamant that he could park there without using the charger because the space wasn't marked for Tesla use. The signs indicate that the spaces are for EV use but don't say that you have be charging.
