I dropped my Stihl F45 weed eater into the Whangarei branch, I was told it would be 2 week. Rang them after 2 weeks, it wasnt ready, would be another week. Dropped in after 3 weeks, still wasnt ready, they said they would put in front of the job list. Week 4, I go in and its still not ready. I gave them a hurry up and they rang me half an hour later saying I would need a new Carby, it would cost $320. I asked how much for a new machine, I was quoted $340. I said stick it I will come in and get it. They charged me $40 after having my machine for four weeks and still not working. I gave it to my mate, he put a new spark plug in it and it ran like new. Ill never step foot in that shop again.

Very good. The guys are great. They looked up what problems the mower had had. And fixed them.
