Would put a zero. Coast to coast is by far THE worst medical business I have ever dealt with. They blanket refuse face to face medical care for anyone with a mask exemption. Will only do a phone consult, then refuse to do the resulting ordered blood tests. Have to drive an extra hour and a half to whangarei to get a blood test, or be forced to wear a ridiculous face shield. I pray someone with the energy will take this corporation to court.

They do a consistantly excellent job under what are sometimes very difficult circumstances. No one is at their best when they need to visit the doctor.

I think these doctors r the worst in the country if your local they never got appointments next available one is in a week's time by than your 80%healed up most of the time getting told to go to welford or whangarei which is like 30 to 50 minutes drive from maungi never really know what they looking at that's y they go on bloody Google to look at the answers and just recently dislocated my shoulder and got told to go to welsford cause didn't have a qualified doctor to put it in so I did it myself put it back in and got told their is no doctor appointments till next week like whhhhaaatttt
