The James Homestead

Absolutely excellent. Stunning venue, Paula the host made us feel so welcome and at home, and did such an amazing job of hosting and catering what many of our friends said was the best wedding they had ever been to. Beautiful romantic place for our wedding. Will recommend this venue to everyone I can.

When I first step into this place, I knew for a fact that this is the best place for my wedding. Although its just a small wedding, Paula has been very accommodating. The food is great. Everyone of my guests enjoyed the place. Blue skies, green fields with a bonus of a sunny weather had made the place a picturesque venue. All the best!

My Mum recently held a family lunch for 8 people at the James Homestead which was provided and hosted by Paula Smith. This was most successful and they all had a very enjoyable time as evidenced by the happy photos I saw!! They had been asked to suggest a menu, but agreed to have what was available as a seasonal menu on the day and all commented that the 3 course meal was excellent as were the surroundings and extras such as flowers on the table. They would recommend this venue without reservation and look forward to returning again (I believe this is their second or third visit already!!).
