        I am currently staying at the Russell apartments and it is awesome. It is currently level 3 lockdown and they've done a great job organizing my apartment. Its was simple and easy to access the key and information. The apartment is clean and I am currently very happy with my stay. Thank you Russell Apartments, I will definitely be bringing my family for my next stay here.

        The apartment was filthy. Ants and cockroaches Bear in mind this is an Air B and B. NOT service or cleaned as advertised in booking.com as we could. Out its advertised on air b and be as well as advertised as service apartments on booking.com. The number to contact is not the owners but the reception staff at the duke who kept saying it was nothing to do with them and that they were not the owners. We had no key on arrival . The cleaners has to lend us the cleaning master key. The carpets are filthy And flea infested. Furniture is all old, broken and mostly non functional. Chairs that were metal were rusty. No vacuum cleaner. No dishcloths Swimming pool is NOT heated as advertised and approx 19 degrees centigrade. Far too cold for little ones to swim in. Pool is in the shade majority of the day. Plus the owners have allowed all their friends who are locals to use the pool whenever they want so its NOT a private pool for guests. This only thing that was good was the location in beautiful Russell.
