        Had a fabulous few nights at this wonderful peaceful spot in the Bay of Islands. Location is perfect with beautiful views and private beach access. We stayed in the 2 bed apartment. It is a generous size and was very clean and tidy . Although there were other guests we were never disturbed by noise or really even aware of other people being around . Very friendly and helpful hosts . Will certainly stay here again .

        We had a very negative experience and left after one night. The hosts right above us (not discernible from the online pictures) entertained late, disregarding the impact on guests. We heard every step from above due to the basic construction, so our personal schedule had to be the host's schedule. The room smelled damp and musty also The.locstion was nice, but not worth putting up with the noise and lack of consideration
