74 year old Charlie is the Owner for last 14 years and also the head waiter here. Yes he is terribly rude like others have commented. When I complained to the chef (his wife?) they both came out and apologized and used his old age as reason. Funny old man !! Hint: Be really rude if you go there to eat...

Took a family of 10 to this restaurant for lunch midday, soon after new year. 4 adults, 6 children. Met a rude old man at the counter who was on the sauce already behind the bar and wasnt happy to see us, I only have one cook he says, I dont want children in here they make too much mess, I reply with we are happy to sit outside - Im not moving tables for you they are how they are he says. My response as you can imagine was not kind, so no doubt I gave him a piece of my mind and left. What a wan%# I would not suggest you use this restaurant in Russell.

Came here a month ago and has left a lasting impression. And not a good one. This has to be the worst dining experience Ive ever had and Ive traveled the world and been to some sketch places. Food was terrible cant describe how bad it was and the service was out of this world rude. Felt like a burden to have us there. If this place was in any other place with competition it would be long since shut. Would recommend finding a local lawn and eating the grass there before walking in here.
