        My husband and I went in here to get some more information about treatments for my pup & to have her checked over. The lady that we dealt with was extremely abrupt and I felt as though she had some preconceived notions about my husband and the kind of dog we have. I was really upset and felt very disrespected. I have dealt with other Top vets in Kaitaia and they were very accommodating, Hence my disappointment.

        DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAT HERE!! Rather disappointing consult with my cat today - if you can call it a consult..... No introduction for a start - I didn't know who I was dealing with. As the vet examined my cat she got more and more distressed as he didn't even know how to open her mouth properly and how to check her teeth which is pretty important....... very disappointing. I ended up walking out of the consult..... Top Vet - I don't think so! Incompetent more like!
