Total Wheelie Bin Services

AVOID THIS COMPANY. Two weeks ago, one of our pre-paid bins was not collected. I emailed that evening to check if it was an oversight or an issue with the weight of the bin. No reply. Two weeks and multiple phonecalls later, we were still trying to find a resolution, without success. Tonight, Simon drove down the road after me, in order to abuse me over the weight of my bins. I apologised and said we were simply trying to work with Total to find a resolution and allow the bins to be collected. Long story short, after an unacceptable conversation with Simon I've told him to take his bins away. He's told me he will do that, after he dumps the contents on my property. All this over a simple email to check if there was an oversight or an issue with the weight of a bin, which should have been resolved quickly and amicably. UPDATE: Rebecca has apologised for this situation and has agreed to post a refund. It seems she is used to apologising for Simon's behaviour, so it is disappointing to discover that he has done nothing to change his attitude towards customers.

Simon and Rebecca offer excellent service at reasonable rates. We dont even have to put bin on road - - they go to our bins! Way better service than our Auckland big corporate bin people!!

WORST SERVICE EVER, DO NOT RECCOMMEND, WAS UP TO DATE WITH PAYMENTS AND REFUSED TO PICK UP RUBBISH , DO NOT RECCOMMEND
