When you call this Pharmacy you only get an answer machine telling you that they pick up messages at 12:00 and asking you to text them. What business does that? A business that has absolutely no interest in their customers. I can't text them as I have no service on my cell from where I live. I've called them at least 10 times during business hours and never had anyone answer the phone. I was in business for 56 years and there was always someone that answered the phone. I left a message today at 12:05 and I guess I missed the picking up part of their "service", no one has called me back. I consider this a completely incompetent way to do business, to deliberately not allow customers to contact them in any meaningful way. I would also expect that whatever higher body controls pharmacies in New Zealand expects a more professional service. This pharmacy dispenses prescriptions to people in Kohukohu. We are supposed to be able to pick these up from the general store here. I've tried to do that three times without any success. The times given for pickup are not honoured. The person running the store has no idea of what's going on and is quite defensive (who can blame him) about it. All in all much improvement needed.
