I would go again but it wasnt quite what I first imagined, there were a few surprises ... Opening hours on website a little bit misleading. You need to book a time slot, you can't just turn up. To get northlanders discount you need proof of address, NB they wouldn't accept drivers licenses. Facilities are lovely. Water quality & temperature are all natural. Be prepared for some funky smelling togs after. We went at night. A lot of the pools were a bit cold for me and the warm ones were quite crowded.

All the different pools are great to explore and try out. The staff was ever friendly and very helpful!

Place looks so much better with the new renovations and the new paths make it much more user-friendly, as do the showers! Magic

Towel hire is $10 each, which I don't think is advertised anywhere. No private change rooms or showers and you cannot use shampoo or soap when cleaning. Pool size generally fits about 6 people, which requires you to be quite cramped together. There was one larger pool which could fit about 8-10. We found it difficult to fit into a hot pool as they were generally all full of people. Often we'd be doing laps around the area to see if a pool had space. Just a heads up for those considering it. I think information/education about the minerals & benefits would go a long way. While it was generally relaxing, we also didn't know what we're soaking in or why.
