We first went to Freedom looking for some furniture, and left disgusted with the lack of service there! There was only 1 other customer at the check out counter, 3 staff, and we were ignored. So we went to Beds 4 U and the greeting we received from Brylee was amazing. She was warm, friendly, very knowledgeable and when she wasn't sure about something, she PICKED UP THE PHONE and rang the owner. Well done Brylee and the owners for employing such a lovely person. She's a credit to the store. She's just the kind of person we'd employ. The products are of good quality and priced reasonably. We will surely be going back! Thank you for the amazing shopping experience. This is what is lacking these days, the quality customer service.

Amazing prices, i purchased a king size with base and headboard and it was less than half the price I was expecting and amazing quality. I love my bed. I will definitely be buying from here in the future. Also amazing staff, from the front service to the delivery man. 10/10 I recommend this place to everyone I know.

Second time shopper at Beds 4 U in Waipapa. They are now my go-to store. The service is very friendly and efficient. I love that my bed base is NZ Made, and good quality at a fair price point. Brierley made the process of buying over the phone simple and they held my order in store until it was suitable to pick-up. My friend that picked up my bed base also commented on the friendliness of staff. Thank you, Beds 4 U - happy customer here.
