        Realised our water tank was low on Christmas Eve and went to top it up from the bore but discovered we were low on ag salt in the exchanger. Phoned Farmlands Waipapa at 3:55pm to make sure they were still open and they were. Asked if they had any ag salt and they did. Said we needed 24 kg and we are leaving home now and would be there in 10 minutes. Arrived at 4:10pm, two Farmlands ladies getting into their cars in the car park, we said hi were here for the ag salt. Younger lady told us they were closed. We said we just spoke to you on the phone and said we are on our way, we need ag salt for our bore water filter so we have water for Christmas Day etc. young lady said were closed try somewhere else. You have lost a lot more than just our patronage Farmlands, you have lost our loyalty too.
