Fat Pig Vineyard

My partner Megan & I were travelling through the area when she mentioned she fancied a wine tasting. So we looked up ones that were open in the area & here we found ourselves at the Fat Pig Vineyards. We pulled up to this lovely house with a beautiful courtyard & everything seemed closed for the day. However, Richard rushed out the house & greeted us with a friendly hello & invited us into the cellar door area even though it was just the two of us! Honestly the rest you will just have to go experience for yourself but was probably the best part of our day. Lovely wine, amazing host, very informative & overall just a wonderful experience. We hope to get back up north soon & try a bottle of the famous white diamond! Thanks so much & wish you the best :)

Visited fat pig vineyard yesterday. Wanted to post a review to say how much we enjoyed our visit. Lovely owner who spent time talking to us about the wines (loved them all without exception). Crafts on sale too, sweet pottery piggy banks with gorgeous faces plus jams and cards. We are very keen to go back. Thank you.

Such interesting beautiful wines, wine tasting was very insightful, owners are obviously passionate about what they do and its evident in what they produce. Highly recommended a visit!

This was a real highlight of our trip! What a lovely couple and a fantastic story. They were such friendly hosts and my husband and I really enjoyed the wine tasting. Thank you so much! Also recommend the delicious treats and olive oil. We wish we had bought more!
