I'm addicted! Each birthday gift box I've sent has been beautifully packed, with lots of items to choose from, and knowing the product is Northland focused is great! Maria and Ced are very helpful with ideas and responsive to match my budget.

Absolute pleasure to deal with Maria. Incredibly responsive with a keen eye for detail, right down to branding colours. If there were any changes to be made, Maria was sure to let us know and always gave alternative options. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for gift boxes for their team.

A delightful experience. Sent a quick email on a weekend and got an immediate response. Very accommodating on additions into the boxes and the timing of delivery. We will definitely be thinking of Gratitude Gift Boxes for special gifts. BTW, the gift boxes were lovely and well presented.

What superb service and experience. The site was so easy to navigate and allowed me to build my own basket in no time at all. I changed my mind a few times and it was no drama updating. Kiwi made products a bonus! My order was followed up with an email confirming receipt and despatch and was delivered next day and super well received by my friend. I saw a photo of the basket and it was presented very professionally. I'm definitely adding this site to my favourites list for future orders. Thanks guys for helping make someone's day a little brighter.

Absolutely fabulous gift boxes. I received beautiful box about two months ago and loved it. Recently we gifted box for my hubby's friends and it was very well received. Boxes are beautiful presented with environment in mind, supporting small, local and artisanal business.
