Nice little lush Bushwalk via Farmland, the parking at the Carpark, can be tricky at stages, so you might have to park a bit further down the road. Nice little walk to the old emplacement side. Leads to Smugglers Bay if you follow it more. Got some nice views to Marsden Point and the ocean, and surrounding area

Wonderful piece of NZ WWII history. Definitely worth the short drive from Whangarei to get here.
