        Obsolete staff and management wanting government/corporate business without the responsibility or service. Booked fingerprints ( For FBI/Visa application(only place in WHG to do so)) which policy states strictly no cancellation or changes within 12hrs of appointment. They cancelled 4/5hrs prior to appointment saying theyre too busy. I proceeded to store to find a small fluctuation of 2-8 customers throughout the 2 hours I was there in which they refused to serve myself ( made it clear Im happy to wait just fit me in as Ive taken time off work to be here) Still refuse to serve with tons of excuses. Sad to see they dont follow company policies especially as a state owned enterprise.

        Atm machine didn't return my dad's card and they made him pay 15 dollars for a new card. Thief's.

        This place is wonderful it's never crowded. I'm never in line for more than a few short minutes and I can get all my banking done very quickly here.
