I just love my Melo Yelo e-bike and we go everywhere together! It has great balance, the curved handle bar is easy on the wrists and the saddle so comfortable. I also appreciated that there were no extras to buy as lights, mud guards and carrier are included. After having had a look around the shops I found Graham's customer service surpassed every other one by miles! For starters I was able to have a proper trial run not just a few metres up and down an alleyway. He brought the new bike to my house and adjusted it to my requirements When i caught a nail on one of my first rides and an issue arose he fixed it over the weekend....and for free! Thank you Graham! I tell all my friends about how happy i am with this company

Graham provided me with great service through the process of purchasing my E bike. Graham brought a bike to my home for a test ride. A week later I am gleefully riding my new bike along the road. Graham answered all the questions I had to ask and I now have an E bike tailored to my needs.
