Happy to report outstanding service on the replacement of a rowlock fitting on my Maxxon inflatable. I live on a swing mooring in Russell so minimising time without my daily tender was critical. I phoned Tim on a Tuesday morning and explained the situation. He was very accommodating and offered to do the job the next day. I dropped the dinghy off at 10am and he had it ready for me to pick up by 2:30pm. He did an extremely clean job of removing the old welded fitting and installing a new one. As well, while I was there he took time to explain details of how the boat is constructed and gave me advice about inflating it properly. I was very impressed with his expertise and generosity with his time, and the job he did was excellent. Highly recommend. Service: General repairs & maintenance

I'm in Sydney, Australia and needed some technical info about inflatable repair. Could NOT find any help here in Aussie and eventually someone recommended that I call Tim at Northland Inflatables in NZ. Tim was so helpful.
