THE WORST HOME KILL IN 40 YEARS , I have had lots of home kills done over the years but this was inedible , Had a 3.5 year prime angus processed by this crowd , at the time of home kill they said they were very busy i said well we can leave it until you not so busy they said no get it done we always busy , Beast was killed with no stress to beast (I was there) i can not get my teeth through it even the roasts so tough, prime cuts are dog tucker , I complained but no satisfaction I believe it was not hung properly possibly thrown in corner , I took a couple of pieces scotch fillet back to them to try they were to get back to me NOTHING SO FAR
