We saw Dr Dirk Ziegert the other day with my son , who had complained about headaches and he had come home from school a few days. His line of questioning made us feel like we were neglecting our son. why hadnt you bought him sooner ? , how do you know its not a migraine ? His tone was accusatory and harsh and he has no bed side manor at all ! Dont visit this doctor if you are looking for a caring and do no harm experience !

Good doctors and lovely nurses. Can't say the same for whoever answers the phone, rude and argumentative. They should retire!! People need to be spoken to nicely and listened to when they are unwell. You made me feel worse.

I have been with Central Family Health for a decade or more now, but in the last 12 months have not been able to get a timely appointment to see any Dr (let alone my GP). The reception staff are acting as gatekeepers and are very unhelpful. Time to find a new GP clinic for me and my child, I can't afford to keep going to White Cross whenever there is something medically wrong, having said that though, CFH are not much less expensive.
