EDI Ltd - Electrical Design Installation

This company did electrical work at our house when it was built 4-5 years ago including burglar alarm. When we needed some help with this I rang EDI and left a voice message. No reply. So I rang them a few days later and explained the issues. They took my contact details and never rang back. Therefore I called Lazer Electrical who are the authorised installers of the alarm and they responded well and currently sorting it out. Theres a long story here about the alarm itself, which may not be relevant so Im skipping that. This negative experience also reminds me of a comment made by another technician from DVS who installed bathroom extractor at our home that we cant make the heat light work if the fan is not on. Yes this is an ongoing issue but not bothered to fix it as we rarely use heat light. But my current experience made me reflect on the efficiency and competency of the company. Service: Installation
