As a Civil Engineer, I know how important it is to have a builder on site who knows his business. Simon is thorough, competent and has an excellent eye that only comes from years of experience in the building industry. He won't go easy on your house and make you feel like it's perfect, but he will give you a very good idea of what you are letting yourself in for. As a first home buyer, he will give you a report that can help you properly manage the risks of your new home.

Words cannot adequately express how impressed my partner and I are with Simon and Becky at Asset Property Inspections. Simon was able to carry out two inspections for us with very little notice and fantastic attention to detail. Not only that, but the reports arrived much quicker than expected! He took the time to explain everything to us in detail and was happy to answer my (many, many) questions.
