        Purchased a product from Kensington Pharmacy that we found online (this pharmacy was listed as a reseller) and the service was absolutely fantastic, could not fault it at all, infact that's the reason the review has 3 stars. What was disappointing was the price of the product, it was $17 more expensive then the listed price directly from the company that even provided free shipping. Obviously a convenience thing. If we weren't desperate (baby product) we would have ordered online.

        These people are superb in their customer service and go above and beyond with their helpfulness. They are currently overworked by meeting extra demands from the hospital and the community, so wait times are a little longer at the moment, be patient with them, as they are genuine and caring, and empathy goes both ways. Thanks again for your help and all the best.
