Mike Pero Real Estate Whangarei

A first time buyer been taken advantage of. Bought the property 4 years ago through Jenny Martin. I paid nearly 20k more than I wanted too. The Mike pero advert said a "quiet street" oh deary me. 4 years of dirt bikes up & down the street. Drug streets either side of our street. The Whangarei hospital helicopter flight path directly above our house 24hrs a day. Quiet Jenny "really". The property advert said "potential do up". In 4 years, the underneath of the house floods in heavy rain. Hence that's why the 4 x 2's are rotten under the house. All the retaining walls were vertical on purchasing the property, 25% of the retaining walls are now severely leaning over. The paint is peeling of the kitchen & lounge ceilings because the roof is leaking. There's gaps that have appeared on some window sills, where the glass meets the sill. Some copper piping under the house is leaking. Leaking around toilet in the bathroom. Leaking under the kitchen sink. Some window catches have fallen off. There's even more that has gone wrong with the property but yeah Jenny Martin aye I would never purchase a home through Mike Pero again. Oh and it is also against the law Jenny Martin to hold and talk on your phone whilst driving in your Red Golf on the Glenbervie Rd. So yeah I've got reasons not to like you Jenny Martin and Mike Pero real estate.

I would highly recommend Lisa Struneski at Mike Pero Whangarei. I found Lisa very professional, with fantastic follow up and attention to detail. From an investors point of view, she really understand what a buyer needs and wants.
