Such wonderful people and amazing customer service. We went to Northland for the weekend and ended up having a flat tyre. We didn't know anyone there and didn't know where to take our car. Some lovely people recommended this workshop. These folks were superb! They fixed the issue with the tyre and didn't even charge us. We had no issues with the tyre afterwards. You don't see such generosity and friendliness nowadays. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you again!

Blow out on SH1 a few kms north of Ruakaka roundabout. Ended up in driveway of lovely family who suggested I call Darren from Bridgestone Ruakaka. In 5 minutes he was at my vehicle, replaced damaged wheel with spare and took damaged wheel with him to fit new tyre. I later returned to the workshop on SH1, at the roundabout, to have the wheel, with new tyre, fitted and spare put away under vehicle. This is probably just a normal 'day at the office' for these guys but everyone at this business was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Made an awful experience nothing to worry about.
