Jamie and Ryan have got to be the most influential personal trainers I have ever had the pleasure of being guided by. I was a little skeptical at first towards their holistic approach to weight training and health and fitness but as soon as I started seeing the benefits to my general well being and definition in my body, I was hooked. Significantly my sport of football has taken on another dimension with the extra strength I have gained at S&S and because of this, injuries are a thing of the past. These guys have good knowledge, dedication, empathy and most importantly a cracking sense of humor. They are very receptive to all peoples needs no matter what age, size, gender or ability. From my experience Whangarei are very lucky to have two such well rounded individuals offering a safe well managed environment only to bring out the best in everyone.
