Loved every second of aerial yoga, Jac was a great teacher and the meditation calm down session at the end was super extra and relaxing with the eye pads, refreshing cleansing mist spray, crystal sound bowl and rain instrument. I would come back just for the end part :) A great way to unwind after a hard days work in the office. and yay for Whangarei having aerial yoga now.

This is the best Yoga studio by far in Whangarei. Jac is such an experienced teacher with full of knowledge. Once stepped in her studio, I feel so relaxed and peace. I take both Aerial and Hatha/Vinyasa, and love of of them. Thanks Jac for providing such an amazing yoga place in Whangarei!

Jac is so good at putting you at ease and making you feel able to do anything. Youll never regret a class. the studio is beautiful and its so much fun. Release and nourish your inner child its so worth it

Jacs aerial yoga is a game changer!! If you have not tried it yet, I can not recommend it (or her) enough!!! The class may be in the airbut her ability to ground you into the present moment is NEXT level !! Euphoric, weightless, blissful... Truly a master at her craft. Thank you for sharing your beautiful gift with us to throughly enjoy every class!

Jac Trauma Focused Yoga - With her worldly experience, education, knowledge and insight holistically "body, health, mind and spiritual". Her gift of charka and energy insight. Has been fundamental to me my life. It shifted me in all holistic levels negative shifted and lefted, i loss weight. I was in body and felt it for first time on a physical level, my health is better now my solar plexus 3rd Charka (personal power) is growing.
