I originally looked at buying a 3D printer from China then found the company had an official distributor in Whangarei. Their prices were very competitive so I ordered one, which arrived next day despite disruption due to major weather events at the time. Consumables I've ordered since have arrived next day every time, even when I placed the order late in the afternoon. Exceptional service thanks 3D Max!

Amazing service.. with quality products.. I got the Ender 3 S1 pro and Laser module.. all I can say is top quality products The folks at 3DMax where professional and I would recommend them to anyone I will be buying all my 3D printing products from them

Amazing products and outstanding customer service! We've bought a number of different machines for our business (Little Monkey NZ) from various NZ businesses and 3dMax is now our favourite and we will return to them time and time again - their customer service is absolutely amazing! Most recent purchases are the XTool D1 Pro and Ender 3 S1 Pro - both great machines!

13/4/2023 My sister and I visited 3DMax at Whangarei to pick up my newly purchased XTool D1 10 watt pro. Not only we did we get a very good demonstration of the laser cutting ability which is amazing, but they also assembled my machine and set it up with my computer and gave us some tuition on the use of the XCS software. We were very impressed with our visit, and would highly recommend this supplier to anyone looking at purchasing their products. I can't wait to get started with mine. Brian

I brought a new 3d printer off 3DMAX. Had a problem with parts being lost during shipping but they sorted this out. Very impressed with the printer and especially the service provided by 3DMAX, top guys to deal with, thank you
