        Called in asking for Parts for my E53, ignored me on the line and was more worried about talking to his mates. Then quoted me a ridiculous amount for each side and told me its best I buy elsewhere. Customer service is horrible and prices are unrealistic. Quoted me $500 for suspension each side when it's $223 brand new.

        Purchased the part in December it arrived a couple of days later but when i unboxed it i found it was the wrong model so took it back and has been on order since. I have been in a couple of times but nothing to date
