Bought my eBike 18 months ago. Now 5,000 km, 3 services, a bit of maintenance and a few parts later and I have the greatest respect for the team. From the moment I stepped through the door I felt Cameron's passion, Simon's can-do attitude seed to fix all my servicing problems and Kurt... Well he's the latest addition to the team and the place wouldn't function without him. The dude is a machine servicing two bikes on the go, managing the till whilst answering customer questions . Honestly, stuff the other guys!!! If you're looking for friendly, reliable servicing that comes with passion and support then you've met your match. Respect guys and thanks for keeping it real.

Couldn't fault Kurt at Northland eBikes...he was knowledgeable in helping me make my decision for a helmet appropriate to use for my eBike, thank you I love my Livall Helmet

Went into this store today and the person was rude. I have a mask exemption certificate because I am on Cancer treatment and it effects my breathing. The guy in the said that he didn't care about my health and made me leave his shop. Not recommended

Awesome dudes they are polite helpful and know their stuff they serviced my e bike I am. So impressed and affortable in price will defiantly go back to them in the future
