        staff were not very happy and serving seemed to be a task. Coffee was nice nut at $9 for large with oat is up there

        Wasn't good today. Iced coffee tasteless bitter no amount of sugar improved it and sausage roll flavorless and full of ham? Expensive and unsatisfactory. Footnote. Happy that they were willing to fix things for me. Will go back.

        Terrible food, terrible service!! I just went and bought a chicken and cranberry croissant. They looked nice in the cabinet, if a bit pricey. I chose takeaway rather than eat in. The staff member handed me a box and I paid. Very glad I looked at it before I left the Mitre 10 store. What I had been given had little resemblance to the cabinet food. I took it back to the counter. The staff member did not apologise or say anything other than to ask if I wanted one from the cabinet. I will never go back there and have just told my co-workers of the experience as well!!
