No they were very helpful and i thought they did something to my car but they didnt, they explained what happen. I will stay with them things happen cant help that. But i would have thought they would have pick that up when they did the service, but still good to deal with. Thanks

Terrible. It wasn't the AA it was a large ostentatious car sales yard whoh charged me $125 per hour plus gst for a simple job my regular mechanic would have charged 200 to 300 dollars while the Pacific Motor Group charge for 5 and a half hours. Dont go there. Find somewhere else. Latest - was contacted by Rep (Dale) who sounded quite sympatheic, "what would make me happy" - I suggested a refund of $300 - he said come in and I'll do it And he DID. Wow !!!!

Older staff listened well to query's + question, very helpful , also made positive options , willing to go + check in stock supply + get the product if it wasn't on display+ make sure whether it was in store or by.

We took our Ford Ranger in for a service on 18 March. As it was out of warranty we used AA as they were cheaper than Ford. The service fee was good. We needed an oil filter that was ok. They also said our front brakes needed new pads and discs skimmed plus our battery showed as dead on their tester. We didn't feel we could argue about the brakes as we travel NZ so it would be too risky not to go ahead but our ute has always started first time so we said no to the battery. Thank goodness as it is now end of May and we're in frosty conditions with the ute outside and it is still starting first POP every day. This makes us concerned that maybe our brakes were not as bad as they made out. Maybe they needed new pads but maybe not skimming discs. We feel that they were out to make money and are worried that others also might get ripped off. Or their battery tester is faulty. So if you go there and they say your battery is dead and you don't agree don't replace it. Service: Brake service & repair
