If I had the option to give zero stars that would be my choice. Unfortunately have never experienced an incomplete service in the mechanic industry in my life. Wrapped up a $3000 invoice, fuel pump replacement & wof - to drive off days later to have the vehicle returned back for the exact same problem. Losing acceleration and power (Temporary fix). Diagnostic ran through vehicle and a spark plug replacement free of charge done the problem, again a temporary fix. Days later - same problem reoccurring. Became serious and took days off work to get attention to ask if they can rectify the problem 1 month later. Total outcome = lost a lot of money and no fixed vehicle. Paid invoice and no fixture. Very busy mechanic man under the pump needs professional help to run his business. Firstly get rid of your receptionist. First point of contact for a business and she was absolutely defensive and unapologetic for the car problem as she explained it was my fault for owning a euro car. Almost felt tortured from her.
