        Who says you can't teach an old dog new tricks. Was really impressed with Allister in the Okara Shop how he made it look so simple with added humour. He ran through it with me when I did it to make sure I got it after a few test runs. 10/10 Allister all round!.

        I've had a long-standing issue with my home broadband. After multiple attempts by head office to sort it, I went into the shop. Vaughan was fantastic to deal with, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and did what he said he was going to. He has also checked up on the solution to make sure its still working. I'm a very happy customer. Waiting for fibre to be installed, but in the meantime I can now work from home again!

        broke my phone yesterday so I popped in store this morning. Sales persin Allister was very helpful, fast and efficient. I am terrible with technology and really appreciated the help. Traded in the old phone, transferred my files to new phone and even put on my screen protector Plus i feel like i got a bargain on a great product which is always nice. Thanks guys!

        Staff is friendly it's just the lines and waiting... There should be at least 5 desks instead of 3. Saturday morning and I have spent 45mins waiting in the queue.
