        The older lady in the shop is a nightmare she yells with her hand out in a stop manner, you need a mask ! No helllo or asking nicely. I hate coming in now ! Where is mike ? he was very helpful and friendly and great comunicator! Arghhh i never want to return

        The elderly woman on today needs a reminder of how to greet an incoming potential customer. Sales 101 - say, "Hello, how are you". Not, "You haven't got a mask on", in a horrible tone of voice. Most unpleasant and unnecessary. Didn't purchase.
