I have just visited your store this afternoon 20 Dec 22, I was shocked at the way the young lady spoke to me during my payment! The customer service is terrible. No one offers there help, and no nice vibe in the store. I have visited the two other surf stores and it is a pleasure to go into. Joel I have met you before and you need to work on customer service! I won't be back! Also rude putting surcharge on credit cards!

The service is poor, low quality and lack of experience from the manager as portrayed in the shops marketing profile

Everytime I walk into the shop the man (assuming the manager) is always yelling and screaming at his employees for nothing. I have seen several accounts of verbal abuse towards workers. The man is absolutely rude and should not be a manager at all. The shop is overpriced as a several recently resigned employees exposed the shop. Would not recommend going as lack of compassion and professionalism towards customers is almost evident
