The Alternative Board - Northland

Warwick from TAB has been working with myself and my Senior Leadership Team over the last few months. Warwick has been awesome. He brings experience and knowledge but it is how he goes about working and catering for our specific needs, so that we see and understand the relevance of what he brings into our space. I am already seeing changes in how our staff are going about doing their work, they are questioning everything. It makes me feel excited about the future.

I find our monthly TAB meetings great, the culture within our group is awesome and i always learn something new. Warwick is a great "energiser and organiser" for our board. On a personal level he understands that running a business is about more than just the business. He's made the effort to understand the people as well as the mechanics of our business. I would recommend The Alternative Board to any business owner.
