        Got my travel insurance with Rachel @ AA Whangarei, she was so very helpful, polite & professional couldn't of been easier, am so pleased AA got it all sorted for us

        Last Friday I telephoned to ask when the Whangarei branch was closing and I was told 5 pm. I also states that on your website! I arrived at 4.03 pm and the security guard would not let me in as he said that they closed at 4 pm. Despite my telling him I had come a long way and it was only 3 mins past the time, he still would not let me in and I thought that was mean and ridiculous! I took time off work to get there in plenty of time, so I thought, so I now have to go again. Not impressed at all with this!
