Security on one of the days was very helpful and approachable. Another day and different person, there was no way he wanted to even smile when eye contact was made. On buying perfume for a present, and then the spritzer would not be pressed without force and only every 5th try, the team leader was called, and on coming to the counter just stood there and looked at us. No greeting or verbal acknowledgment. The request for a replacement was denied and we were dismissed. NOT helpful or any personal treatment for customers at all.

I visited the chemist warehouse in Whangarei today in lieu of being unable to see my regular physician. The individual behind the prescription counter (of Asian descent), was clearly not a pharmacist, and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. He exhibited disapproving facial expressions when I provided a description of my symptoms, and ultimately did not provide me with the prescription I needed. As a nurse, I strongly believe that no patient should be made to feel ashamed or uncomfortable during a medical consultation. Therefore, I recommend that the medical facility review the conduct of the individual in question.

Stuff out of stock, floor staff could be more helpful. Pharmacy has a long wait to be seen some days
