Zach is friendly, professional and responded promptly to our phone enquiries. He gave us good advice on buying the new fittings we needed then made an excellent job of installing them. He charged a very fair (pensioner) hourly rate and did not charge mileage for either of his visits. We're happy that we gave the work to a local independant tradesman.

Exceptional service from an exceptional young man. Prompt response at an extremely busy time of year. Gave an honest appraisal of what the issues were and how best to deal with them. Zach was very much focused on meeting the needs of a local person with an acute awareness and understanding of the value of a tailored service that bigger firms have no interest in providing. I have no hesitation in highly recommending his services.
