Purchased Grab One Coupon Deal: Enhanced Balayage & Root Melt Package for $209.00 as the description states: Suitable For: Those with regrowth, greys, or those who want a more intense root to ends colour blend. However upon attending my app today was soon advised by Lisa that this is actually not the case and she recommended that I get "highlights" as they would be a better option. I received 25 highlights, the amount that VIVO considers satisfactory under their "HALF HEAD" Package, when googled however other salons perform 50-60 HIGHLIGHTS under their HALF HEAD!!! But thats not all they then wanted to charge me an extra $20 for using more product !! Vivo basically wanted me to be happy getting a HALF HEAD valued at $175 package plus to also pay them an additional $20 in lieu of the $209 I had already paid. They didnt even mention the option of getting a FULL HEAD package, again valued at still less that I had paid. I mentioned the possibility of getting a combination of LOW and HIGH LIGHTS but was ignored and got 25 HIGHLIGHTS with no shade variation!!! Their advertising and the service they state you will recieve is misleading and deceptive and on the last two occasions I have been asked to pay more!!. Yourve paid for STEAK MIGNON only to be served PORK SAUSAGES as fairer analogy that I can proclaim. After expressing my concerns in relation to receiving yet again another disappointing VIVO experience in store I was to receive a txt from the REGIONAL MANAGER, not to apologise no less, but to VICTIM BLAME, and threaten to report me to the POLICE for non-payment!!! As it transpired they had accepted my Coupon only to realise after the fact that it had expired. I didnt know this and in fact I dont care. Because once again the VIVO experience has been a disaster, the managing staff are regimented, resentful, unfriendly and are openly snide and condescending. Even though I am once again a victim of VIVOS extortionary and unpleasant service and they owe me at least a $34 dollar refund, it appears that VIVO in this instance will be getting a taste of their own medicine and be left with the sour taste in their mouths this time!!! As the saying goes: WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND!!!! I will never visit a VIVO salon again thats without DOUBT. IM DONE!! HA Will pay the same amount and actually get a quality and professional, BUT MOST importantly pleasant experience eleswhere, cos a gal should enjoy having her hair done........ Highly recommend Lisa, definitely transformed my hair and I absolutely love it! Lisa did wonderful on my hair that Ive received so many great compliments. Thank you Lisa and Jasmine for making my experience a great one!
