This is a company who removes bad reviews after you have posted them. They are not to be trusted. I got a verbal quote from the owner Craig 2 months ago of around $150 to replace 4 panels in a ceiling that were missing plus the trim to hold them up. The job took 30 minutes and I was charged 1hour $115 for the work. At the time of the verbal quote there were no QR codes to scan and the owner said he doesn't believe in the rules. Again when I paid today he still said that he didn't believe in the covid rules but this time there were QR codes. The bill included a $20 vehicle cost which was 500 metres to the job. Total cost was over $300. To make things worse which highlights what sort of company they are, they sent the invoice to an old address which I never got. I had been in my new address for 3 months before I got the job done so they must have lost all of my original paperwork and quotes and used old information to find my address and sent the invoice there. Then today I get a phone call practically accusing me of not paying the bill. I told the woman who rang that I had been to their office to pay and they couldn't take my money at that time because they couldn't find the bill and so they posted it to a wrong address. That just highlights how poor this company is run. Don't forget to get a written quote from these people otherwise you will end up paying double the the verbal quote. Very disappointed with this company especially after I have written a previous review that they have removed. So as much as they try to remove I will just keep on posting this.
