Based on just what I ordered for myself I'm shocked at the price for how much I was given. I ordered a $9.90 banana split. Looking at the picture and the price I expected it to be much larger than what I was served. The picture showed a lovely banana split in half with 3 large scoops of vanilla ice cream between. Each scoop had a different flavor of what looked like strawberry, chocolate, and butterscotch sauce swirled around. What I was served was a small portion of napoleon flavored ice creams (strawberry, chocolate, and vanilla) chopped up frozen banana (less than half a banana) topped with chocolate sauce and cream. Because it was so busy I grabbed my ice cream and proceeded to leave town. On the way to my car I realized it was nothing what I expected for $9.90 I wasn't happy

Hey, Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely place (Hot 'n' Juicy) in the Strand Shopping Center, Whangarei. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience and always welcomes you with beautiful smiles. The range of smoothies, delicious food and especially the 'BUBBLE Tea' is absolutely amazing everything I tasted melted in other mouths. Absolutely the best experience I had while in Hot 'n' Juicy and definitely gonna use the amazing services again in future.
