        Ive been going to Rata Family health for as long as I can remember and Ive always been very happy with the services they provide. Friendly and lovely receptionists, great triage nurses and of course the great doctor herself! I never leave feeling lost or confused, Dr Matheson always makes sure I understand Thanks guys! Sinead

        Don't know why my other review has been changed to 3 stars. This practise has gone down hill since taking on their new main receptionist. Rude and obnoxious woman she is.

        Doctor Mattheson is great value and an excellent doctor. And is the only reason I'm not 1 starring this practice. Last time I was in the practice a receptionist named Janet seemed to think it was appropriate to breach patient confidentiality by discussing my personal health matters very rudely in front of the entire wait room for everyone to hear. If it happens again I'll be laying a formal complaint.

        Pretty poor. Tried calling (not the first time) during their opening hours to make appointment for my elderly mum. Can't get through, their phone system tells you you've called outside opening hours. Can't even leave a message, or find an email. Accessing healthcare should be way easier. Just fix your phone system, plus show a contact email. Not rocket science!
