Spent 20mins in Hannahs Whangarei yesterday 4.10-4.30pm and was not offered any help or support whatsoever (as your in store CCTV will attest to). Two employees talked amongst themselves the entire time, apart from helping one other customer very briefly, neither of them offered me anything no greeting no help no service for 20minutes !! Just because you are selling all your stock does that justify such slackness and poor treatment of customers? Terrible Hannahs.

Busy little shop but got what I wanted in a nice short visit, in and out, bang, done. Pleasant helpful lady working there.

Staff member could not be bothered getting off his computer to serve me. There are plenty of other shops that sell shoes so took my business elsewhere.

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! We were in the Whangarei store yesterday and left a package behind. It wasn't until we got home (in the Bay of Islands) that we realised our error. We called the store this morning, only to find they'd not just put the package aside but also packed it up to send to us! Awesome service. Honesty to the max. You've warmed our hearts. Big time. 20/10. That goes a long way. Great karma! Thank you!!
