        Sent an item to India from Post shop with tracking, item lost in transit. When checked with shop advised to use tracking and contact Nz post if not delivered in 4-6 weeks. Nz post refused Refund saying I should claim within 30 days! Lost Money, item and my time !!! Wondering What is the use of tracking.
