        Had a rather insane experience today. Two baristas there didn't know coffee types or how to work the machine for the lady in front of me. They mostly ignored her for 10minutes. I persevered with getting ice cream for my kids (as advertised on their signage and countertops) Not one of the 4 employees knew which machine to get the ice cream from or how to operate them. They over filled, dropped cups, continually asked me if I had paid. Massive queue. That poor team clearly need training, guidance and support.
