Our daughter has been going to Active Attitude from some time now. The coaches are incredible at reading the needs of their students and our daughter has really come a long way, now she's gone up a level which is so exciting. I've loved the atmosphere so much that I've now joined the Adult class on a Thursday evening. It's the most fun I've ever had exercising. I used to run Marathons and this is the perfect lower impact I've needed to get my fitness up there and increase my strength and balance. The others that come along are all in this for the same thing. A fun and social environment, encouraging each other and trying new things. It's like a little adventure every Thursday. I 100% recommend Active Attitude to anyone.

Unfair and restrictive covid measures

The place has shown no creativity to by pass the apartheid law imposed by the government. I have several ideas to keep the business running with inoculated customers and customers that believe in free choice. If I know how to do that, I understand the business should know too..
